Return Policy

We offer a worry-free 30-day return policy. If 30 calendar days have gone by since you've received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For your return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us your receipt or proof of purchase (your order number or order confirmation email would suffice).To complete your return, we also require you to pay for return shipping with a receipt or proof of delivery showing a tracking number from the post office. Please email us for the return address to which to send your returned item.

Refund Policy

Our easy returns policy includes a hassle-free 100% money-back guarantee. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time might differ, depending on your payment merchant, but it should take a couple of days.

Cancellation Policy

Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 12 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full refund unconditionally if you cancel your order within 12 hours. However, if 12 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.

Damaged Goods Policy

Should the item be damaged during transit, send us right away an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to info@pacificbling.com. We will assess the damage accordingly and provide you with the relevant options available to you. In most cases, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged goods.

Uncollected Items or Articles

If your article was delivered to your address or P.O. box but not collected, we reserve the right to refund only up to 40% of purchase price to cover freight and other costs. This is only if the article manages to find its way back to us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 7-10 days has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.

You can also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale.

Disclaimer

We will not be responsible for delays in shipping due to postal services, natural disasters, pandemics, and rush/busy seasons. Unfortunately, we have no control over the world wide postal network, nor the customs clearance process in your country. However, as mentioned above, if you do not receive your item within 6 weeks of shipping notification, please let us know. We will be happy to look into it and help you track down your parcel for you. Kindly take note that we cannot offer you a full refund due to a delay in shipment from the postal service. If you do not receive your parcel, we are happy to refund you the money paid, via the method you originally paid (PayPal or Credit Card). 

Don't miss out
