What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or debit card payments.
How Secure is My Online Order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Any cancellation made within 12 hours after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of USD 1.00 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
However, if 12 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing An Order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your holiday address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
When Will You Ship My Items?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2-3 business days.
Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.
You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US, Europe, or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 12-24 business days to receive your order. (Please be advised that these are pre-COVID-19 schedules and refer to the next section denoting COVID-19-related updates.)
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. PACIFICBLING.com cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. PACIFICBLING.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
When Will My Items Arrive?
Regular items should be received within 10-24 business days, except international deliveries, which vary by country. For other specialty andpromotional items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time as they may be getting shipped from other countries.

The delivery schedules mentioned above are for normal working times (i.e., pre-COVID-19). Please refer to the current estimated delivery times per region, which are indicated on all product pages (after the product description). For maximum security, please add 1-2 weeks to the upper limit of the delivery times, in case lockdown measures for incoming packages in your country are more stringent than anticipated.
Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, many shipping companies across the world are not operating at regular capacity, and unfortunately there will be delays due to this. We do sincerely apologize for any delays in shipping, but unfortunately this is completely out of our control. Rest assured, if your item is NOT delivered, we will reissue a new shipment to you or, if this is no longer possible, refund you in full.

Where Are My Items Coming From?
Our primary warehouse is in America, but most of our items are located in other places such as Germany, Russia, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
Do You Ship Outside The United States?
Yes. Depending on the location of the buyer, shipping times might vary and are subject to the most convenient available shipping methods for the items selected.
We will not be responsible for delays in shipping due to postal services, natural disasters, pandemics and rush/busy seasons. Unfortunately, we have no control over the world wide postal network, nor the customs clearance process in your country. However, as mentioned above, if you do not receive your item within 6 weeks of shipping notification, please let us know. We will be happy to look into it and help you track down your parcel for you. Kindly take note that we cannot offer you a full refund due to a delay in shipment from the postal service. If you do not receive your parcel, we are happy to refund you the money paid, via the method you originally paid (PayPal or Credit Card).
